‘It is a stunt’: Tennessee lawmakers slam Trump threat to deploy Nat’l Guard to Memphis
Trump has a new target for his National Guard crackdown: Memphis, Tennessee. In an appearance yesterday on “Fox & Friends,” Trump suggested both Memphis Mayor Paul Young, a Democrat, and Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, a Republican, are on board with this decision. But Mayor Young’s previous comments on MSNBC suggest otherwise.
