A secret 28-point peace blueprint drafted by the Trump administration to end the Ukraine war has reportedly been revealed, claiming sweeping concessions to Russia in exchange for a permanent cease-fire. Meanwhile, Ukraine told the UN Security Council that it will review the plan but will not accept recognition of occupied territories as Russian or limits on the size of its armed forces.
