Boomers are having a rough go — right in time for retirement here in Florida, their most prized possession — their primary residence, is dropping in value and taking longer to sell. It’s likely we will see Boomers+ to try to sell their houses over the next decade. But – older houses, with many upgrades needed, and at a larger square footage needed, will make things incredibly challenging for them.
