Mass Opposition March in Georgia as Elections Boycotted Over Civil Liberty Crackdown

Opposition leaders and supporters flooded the streets of Tbilisi, marching toward the Georgian parliament as municipal elections take place across the country. The government has recently passed laws that restrict civil liberties and clamp down on dissent. Protests, which began last year, continue to grow as citizens demand free elections, accountability, and the protection of fundamental rights.
