Senator Cory Booker talks with Jen Psaki about issues facing the Senate Judiciary Committee, including confirmation hearings for former Donald Trump criminal defense attorney Emil Bove, who has been nominated for a lifetime appointment to a federal judgeship. Bove’s credentials were already under question, but a whistleblower has cast a shadow over his nomination.
